To consult with your physician about personal matters, patients can register and log onto our secure web-based patient portal service to access their personal healthcare records and communicate directly with their physician. When your physician needs to correspond with you, an email will be sent notifying you to visit the patient portal in order to read the communication. The notification email you will receive contains no health information or any indication of your interaction with your physician.

The Site may include hyperlinks to other websites, online locations, platforms, or services that are not owned or operated by us. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those websites, which may have their own privacy policies or notices that you should review to understand how they may collect, use, disclose, or otherwise process your personal information.
